Potluck - YSD Back

The members OF YSD-ICYM got together for a ‘Potluck’ and an entertaining evening at the residence of Jonita D'Souza at 6:30pm.The evening began with the monthly meeting of YSD-ICYM and the annual report of the year 2016-2017 was delivered. Later it was time for some pure amusement, various individual and group games were conducted with the active participation of all members. The sumptuous spread consisted of meat cutlets, chicken kababs, paneer sandwiches, jackfruit fritters (gariyo), noodles, churmuri, gobi manchurian, potato fries, carrot halwa, tender coconut soufflé and variety of juices. The dishes were prepared by the various groups of members and the animators. The members were seen mingling with each other and enjoying the delicious feast. The evening came to an end with some much wanted dance and baila. Fr.Austin Peres, Fr.Gratian Alvares, Mrs.Lizzie Fernandes and Mr.Michael D'Silva encouraged us with their presence. 35 members were in attendance for this event. The end of the evening saw us all in high spirits and waiting for another potluck.
