Road Safety Awareness

‘Normal speed meets every need.’ With this quote firmly on our mind we the members of YSD decided to paint the unmarked humps of Derebail premises on October 8^th 2017 as a part of the road safety awareness organized by ICYM Central Council of Mangalore Diocese.

With the paint and brushes in hand we cordoned off the painting area with barricades and got down to work. In a span of three hours that is from 12pm-3pm we painted 2 humps near St. Ann’s School thus facilitating the drivers to drive safely and soundly.

We were proud of doing a good deed and were also appreciated by people passing by on a job well done. This deed was an example of how one small good deed can change the world.
