Senior Citizens Club Members at a Symposium

A symposium was arranged for the members of the Senior Citizens Club, Derebail on 20th March, 2024 at 4 p.m. Dr.Priyatham Kamath, MBBS, MS, FPS, DFS- Podiatric, Wound care and Diabetic Foot Specialist at KMC, Mangalore was the Chief Guest and Resource Person. Mr.Edward Coelho, President and Ms.Celine Fernandes along with the Chief Guest were the dignitaries on the dias. Ms.Felcy Fernandes, member of the Governing Body along with her team led the prayer. The President welcomed the gathering and introduced the Chief Guest, who was given a floral welcome.

The Resource Person spoke on how to care for one's feet in old age. Dr.Priyatham used PPT and elucidated on how the feet play an important role in the physical constitution. 

The talk was truly an insightful one as it emphasized the vitality of foot care. The Question and Answer session was very interactive and cogent. The secretary rendered the Vote of thanks. 

High tea was served.

Around 50 members were present for the Symposium.
