Enactment of 'Pedru' at Akashbhavan Ward

The Enactment of a one act play titled 'Pedru' was organised by Akshbhavan ward on 13th March at 7.00P.M at Mrs. Ivy Pinto, the former Gurkar's residence. Mrs. Philomena D'souza, Gurkar, Akashbhavan ward welcomed  the gathering. The play began in the presence of all the ward members. 

Padua Ranga Adhyayan members presented this play. This team has already presented many such  plays in and around Mangalore. This play gave the ward members a detailed information on the life of the biblical character Pedru (Peter). It also highlighted certain essential aspects from the Bible. The duration of the play was of an hour and half , where there was interaction with the audience. Mr Edward Coelho addressed the gathering and honoured Mr. Christopher D'souza.

The Gurkar of the ward thanked everyone and the gathering ended with a sumptuous meal.
